100% Pedigree Native Angus® Lean Steak Mince
Our Native Angus® Steak Mince contains less than 5% fat and is coarse ground to give extra beefy flavour and bite. As this mince is very lean, its best used for dishes such as Bolognese or Cottage Pie.
Our Angus steak mince can be made to any specification you require. For an example, some people would prefer 80/20 for burgers. If you would like steak mince with a specific lean to fat ratio, get in touch.
