Bushblades Honey. Freshly squozen bee juice from our own honey bees after collecting nectar from the local flora.

This season's honey has come out a beautifully smooth, creamy white - the result of the bees foraging heavily on white clover and hawthorn. Clover nectar in particular is known for producing a paler, finer-set honey than most other forage, and this is one of the creamiest batches we've had. Don't let the colour fool you: it's raw and completely natural, nothing added or taken away. Expect a rich, floral flavour with a distinctive peppery hawthorn note on the finish, a genuinely sought-after texture for those who know their raw honey.

Bushblades pure natural raw honey is extracted from the small number of on site hives in the summer months. Each of the batches produced, have a different and distinct appearance and flavour imparted from the local flora available at different times of the year.
