Our excellent black pudding is a scots type, similar to the famous Stornoway. Its slightly creamy in texture, good for spreading across breakfast toast or farl.
An absolute winner with bacon and eggs but just as capable if used as an ingredient in stew or pie (Rabbit pie with black pudding is outstanding !)
