Cut and packed June2023. The meadow grass at Bushblades is fertilised naturally by our herd of alpaca, sheep and cows. No artificial colours or preservatives !
Bales are tightly packed making them heavy, but small enough to be moved around the stable / yard by hand.
We use safe natural hemp rope which is a fast rotting material which can aid composting when combined with farmyard or stables manure. Using hemp protects your livestock and the environment.
To cater for customers (and their fussy horses) who prefer different moisture content, we provide two different options;
- Regular = 75% DM (Approx)
- Moist = 60% DM (Approx)
