Bushblades joint of choice… Our Saddleback Pork Leg is particularly special. Ideal for slow roasting to allow the fat to render down through the meat, leaving behind a delicious succulent moist meat and a crackling coat full of porky flavour.
Score the skin well and rub in plenty of sea salt. Turn up the heat for 20 minutes to sear and then slow roast on a bed of carrots and onions. Serve up with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and sweet apple sauce to compliment the flavour.
