The “Bushblades Porky Platt” Loin fat and rind, scored and salted and ready for the oven. Slowly bake in a hot oven and watch the fat bubble into crunchy pork crackling.
This should go some way to stop the Sunday dinner ‘table fights’ over crackling. Alternatively, can be smashed and served with hot mustard and cold beer as a movie night snack with a difference.
