Very similar to a Cumberland sausage but made in Durham !
This sausage has been made to an original Lake District recipe with three types of sage. A traditional North Country Sausage with a hint of pepper and nutmeg, a firm favourite at our table.
The saddleback pork produces the meaty succulent base to carry these subtle flavours
